Instead of Trick or Treating I decided like all good fly fishing addicts to go fishing instead....I met up with a friend by the name Brian Price out of Vermont. He and a few of his buddies had spent a few days up north chasing steel and big bows...These gentlemen were beyond helpful, insightful and knowledgeable when it came to this new game I am playing. They welcomed me into their group and aided in my first big rainbow trout being landed...Many thanks to them all....

I'm already thinking about next week....Tight lines and screaming reels

  2. Uh.... those don't look like warm water fish. Nice bows, congrats!

  3. very nice fish! yep, as cold as it can get, it's still fun to go out and harass a few trout!

  4. thanks fellas.....this is my attempt at adapting to and trying to enjoy winter time....It beats sitting around and wishing for spring for 5 months...haha

  5. Those are some awesome looking fish. A day on the water with a bend rod still beats any day without it, no matter what you fish for.

  6. fact this weekend I went fishing and hooked up run to backing then broke off...Still beats not being out...
